Chase Freedom credit card 5% cash back activation

I just want to remind all Chase Freedom credit card holders to active the next set of 5% cash back bonuses. It is an easy and simple thing to do; once you register to active your card, Chase will automatically calculates your bonus cash back for you. From October to December 2011, you get 5% cash back in the following categories (up to $1,500):

• Dining
• Department stores
• Movie theaters
• Charitable organizations
• Plus an extra 5% cash back on up to $1,500 spent at Kohl's!!!!
