I don't know about you, but I always end up going to the movies during Thanksgiving weekend, and I imagine this year will be no exception. Chase to end trial bank fees Nov 19, 2011

Regal Cinemas Edwards United Artists 11/14 - 11/20 coupon

This week's Regal Cinemas (Edwards & United Artists) Weekly coupon is FREE small drink with popcorn purchase! Like I mentioned in a previous post introducing its new format, Regal Cinemas has gone digital and all of its weekly coupons are all mobile now and only be retrieved if you enter your cell phone number (a text with a link to the coupon will be sent to you that way). Unfortunately, they're no longer offering printable coupons, and as far as I understand it to be, the new coupons can only be used on a smartphone (since they send you a link in the text vs. a coupon code)

Get your coupon when you "Like" Regal Cinemas Facebook page and click on the Regal Weekly Coupons tab on the left for access to this week's coupon. Once again, for 11/14 - 11/20 it is FREE small drink with popcorn purchase.

Coupon Language Coupon Verbiage 101

With the recent increased in consumer interest in couponing, and TLC's Extreme Couponing putting a spotlight on the subject, there are more and more newbies to couponing everyday. One of the first questions I had when I first started was deciphering the coupon language (coupon verbiage), and being unsure of whether or not I would be able to use multiple coupons at the same time. So today, I'm going to discuss two main couponing terms:


ONE COUPON PER PURCHASE: When you see this kind of verbiage on a coupon, it means that you are allowed to use ONE COUPON for EACH ITEM you purchase. What does that really mean though? Well, let's say you have 3 of the same coupons for toothpaste, then you would be able to use all 3 coupons to buy 3 tubes of toothpaste in ONE TRANSACTION.

ONE COUPON PER TRANSACTION: Now, this is quite different from the above, and a lot more self explanatory. If you see this kind of coupon verbiage, then that means you are allowed to use ONE COUPON for EACH TRANSACTION. So with the same 3 coupons that you have for toothpaste, if you want to use them all, you would need to do it in 3 different transactions. Some stores might allow you to just separate your items into different transactions, some might not, so I would check with the specific store you go to.

With that under your belt, hopefully you will be more confident about when you could just multiple coupons in the future! Happy couponing!
