NEW Ralphs coupon policy 2012

If you live in Southern California and shop at Ralphs to take advantage of their double coupon policy and Ralphs Rewards program, then you probably already know about their new policy. If not, then you're in for a shocker. Starting April 1 2012, Ralphs will no longer be doing double coupons so every coupon will be redeemed at face value. In addition, the Ralphs Rewards program will no longer be issuing cash back certificates (which is basically a 1% savings) and the points can only be redeemed at Shell stations (100 points = 10 cents off per galon).
